About Us

At Stepping Stones, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, stimulating and welcoming environment for all children.  

 

We provide childcare in a variety of learning settings for children from six weeks right up to 12 years of age.

Activities and programmes are tailored to the child's specific developmental needs and draw upon educational theories and best practice. 

 

By using technology such as the Famly App we engage parents and carers in their child's care whilst also effectively tracking and monitoring each child's individual developmental journey.

Stepping Stones also seeks to adopt a flexible approach to accommodating the particular childcare needs of parents/carers.  To support individuals working full-time Stepping Stones offers wrap around care for pre-school and primary school children.

A collection service is also available for children registered at Portstewart Primary School Pre-school and St. Colum's Primary School Pre-school.
